1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the ep369 online gaming platform, operated under the domainep369.cam ("Platform", "ep369", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ep369's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ep369 is intended for entertainment purposes for eligible adult users only. We are committed to operating a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all players across Malaysia, including those accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ep369, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence.
• You must be a natural person, registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal persons are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ep369 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with ep369 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation that would prohibit your participation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the ep369 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by any individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid email address to which you have sole and exclusive access;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 21 or above;
• Your current residential address; and
• A valid mobile telephone number registered in your name.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ep369 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a unique, strong password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ep369 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ep369 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your ep369 account must be made using payment methods officially supported by the Platform. The following payment channels are currently accepted:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank (via direct bank transfer or internet banking)

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are as specified on the deposit page of your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

By making a deposit, you confirm that: (i) the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity; (ii) the payment method used is registered in your name or are the authorised holder; and (iii) you are not using any funds deposited for any purpose other than placing wagers on the Platform.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ep369 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed all required KYC verification steps before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ep369 account holder.
• Any active Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• ep369 targets the following processing times: e-Walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfer within 15–60 minutes. These are target times and not contractual guarantees; delays beyond ep369's control may occur.

ep369 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected. In such cases, processing times may be extended pending the outcome of the review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ep369 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general provisions of this Section7.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by ep369:

1. Bonus Funds are credited to your account for wagering purposes only and are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
3. ep369 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements and the percentage contribution of each game type. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at reduced rate or not at all.
4. A User may only claim each welcome promotion once. Subsequent registrations or accounts created with the intent of claiming promotions multiple times will be treated as multi-accounting in violation of Section 4.
5. ep369 reserves the right to withold, reverse, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been exploited, abused, or claimed in a manner not in keeping with the spirit of the offer.
6. Referal bonuses (currently MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are subject to the referred player completing a qualifying first deposit of no less than RM50 and meeting their own first wagering milestone. Self-referals are strictly prohibited.
7. Birthday bonuses are credited based on the verified VIP tier held by the User at the time of their birthday month and are subject to standard wagering requirements.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the ep369 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or betting market. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game or market.

The following general betting provisions apply across all products on the Platform:

• Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• ep369 reserves the right to void any wager where the outcome has been determined by events outside the normal course of the game or event, including but not limited to technical failures, match abandonment, or force majeure events.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, ep369's decision, based on available data from official sources, shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a wager are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the Platform.
• For sportsbook markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, NBA, and UFC events, Asian Handicap and Over-Under markets are settled in accordance with standard industry practice and official match results.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ep369 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Bonus Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated play, matched betting using Platform promotions, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or any form of sporting integrity violation when placing wagers on ep369.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to any criminal activity, or to disguise the origin of funds.
• VPN / Proxy Circumvention: Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographical access restrictions imposed by ep369 or applicable law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinated live casino strategies.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's technology infrastructure, security systems, or back-end operations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ep369 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ep369 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (i) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (ii) modify or create derivative works from Platform content; (iii) use any data mining, robots, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform; or (iv) frame or mirror any part of the Platform without ep369's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted in this Section and may constitute an infringement of ep369's intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep369 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors;
• Any loss of winings, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ep369's liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by ep369's negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ep369; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ep369 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12 Responsible Gambling

ep369 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. We recognise that gambling can be enjoyable when kept in perspective, but that for some individuals it may become harmful.

The following tools and policies are available to all registered ep369 Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Users may configure time-based session reminders to alert them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (from 7 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion via our support team. During a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications will also be suspended.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen notifications to remind Users of their net gaming activity during a session.

13 Account Closure

Closure by the User: You may request closure of your ep369 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verified account closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure or Suspension by ep369: ep369 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Account activity indicates potential fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct;
• A User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• ep369 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order; or
• Continued account operation represents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.

Where an account is closed by ep369 for breach of these Terms, any funds in the account (including Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited at ep369's sole discretion.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ep369 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under relevant law.

ep369's decision on the settlement of individual wager disputes, where based on data from official and verified sources, shall be final subject to the good-faith dispute process described above. Disputes must be raised with ep369's support team within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ep369 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material in nature, ep369 will provide reasonable advance notice to Users via Platform notification, email communication to the registered account email address, or prominent announcement on the ep369 website.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated in the "Effective Date" header at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ep369 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

ep369 recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
